- So basically it's a Creepy Pasta (not actual pasta, kids.) Based off of the story, "Rainbow Factory," where RD takes foals that fail the flight exam and turn them into rainbows. I don't know exactly how it works, since Fluttershy is the one that runs the factory I think. RD is just the head manager who yells at people.
