- The puppet stays in the box because in the second game when you wind up the box it keeps the puppet sleeping. The puppet used to be a mom who lost her son the son is known as mike the child played in fnaf four. Intill a phantom came up and declared trade she can be part of the phantom to change her life.. When you don't keep the box winded the puppet will hear nothing and come out of its box sometimes there is a strange screen where an endoskeleton is right in front of the box that is a endoskeleton the puppet keeps in his box to save killed children.
