- Applejack represents the element of honesty. She is very kind and she is amazing at farming apples. She practically runs sweet apple acres. She is a great chef and is very strong. She is a bit stubborn as Twilight Sparkle found out in season 1 episode 4. Applejack was trying to harvest all of Sweet Apple Acres by her self. Because she was so tired she ended up poising ponies, launching Rainbow Dash in to the air on to Twilight's balcony and terrorizing tons of baby bunnies. Twilight offered her help 2 times and Applejack said, "NO, NO, NO!" Then when Twilight said how much she hasn't been herself she finally excepted her friends help. ( P.S. sorry she has 2 bands on her tail instead of 1, I couldn't get it to do just the 1,
