- Charizard, and Blastoise's friend, Bulbasaur, has evolved into Ivysaur. And his flower bulb is pink, which means Ivysaur isn't shiny, because shiny Ivysaur's flower bulb is yellow, and so is it's eyes, I guess it means that the reason why Ivysaur is green is because it's mom ate a lot of green berries, or Ivysaur is going with the Bulbasaur evolution line sprite colors.
