About:: This the Alolan form of Raichu, which has changed from a plain Electric Type to a Electric-Psychic Type. How you evolve Pikachu into Alolan Raichu is have a Pikachu in the Alolan Region, and use a Thunder Stone on it. If you were to evolve Pikachu in any other region, you would just get normal Raichu. But if you evolve it in the Alolan Region, it evolves into Alolan Raichu. The same goes for Cubone and Exeggcute. If you evolve Cubone in the Alolan Region, it evolves into Alolan Marowak, which is a Ghost-Fire Type. If you evolve Exeggcute in the Alolan Region, it evolves into Alolan Exeggutor, which is a Grass-Dragon Type. This version of Raichu's magic is blue.
