- Pixtoise, the Pixie Turtle Pokemon. A Water-Fairy type, and the evolved form of Hisuian Wartortle. Pixtoise is different then Blastoise, since Blastoise can be both a boy and a girl, while Pixtoise can only be a girl. Pixtoise has multi-colored eyes, and can see through walls. The male versions of Hisuian Squirtle and Hisuian Wartortle which evolve into Hisuian Blastoise, but the female line does not evolve into Blastoise.
