About:: It was chosen by the random Pokemon generator that I use. I tried my best on Noctowl's crest. It doesn't have front hooves because Noctowl doesn't have arms. Also, the triangle pattern on Noctowl's belly is the best way for me to make 3 triangles nearby eachother.
