About:: Brightlight is the sister of Dew, both of them are the only nonpegasus pony to have the ability to control weather. She controls the lightening and thunder, while her sister controls rain and clouds. Together they lead the weather teams in the Crystal Empire. When the Crystal Empire disappeared they tried to make everypony happy by mixing their magic creating their little sister who has the power to make rays of sun shine down. They worked as a team again when the Crystal Empire came back, and The youngest was nicknamed Smilely, but her real name is Sunny.
