About:: This is Doomsday, aka "The Crimson Emperor" and "The Prince Protector", one of the few Alicorn that survived the alicorn war and was for a time the ruler of equestria.

During the last battle when Doomsday and a further five of the remaining alicorn, only four of them are now known: Celestia, Luna, Sombra, Chrysalis. while discord's curse eventually corrupted and transformed every one except Celestia because of the immense amount of magic energy flowing trough her when the curse was cast. doomsday only transformed but remained sane because of his own mastery of magic. it was not until Luna turned into Nightmare Moon and was imprisoned in the moon and Celestia full of grief of having imprisoned her own sister left equestria did he, saddened by his loved one being imprisoned lose his sanity and completely give in to the curse. when celestia left she also left the throne of equestria to the recently corrupted Doomsday. his rule is known as one of the darker moments in equestrian history when much equine blood was shed. when celestia finally returned he had already regained his sanity and stepped down from the title as soon as he heard rumors of Celestias return. He went on to command a special squad of both Pegasus and Unicorn under the code name "The Crimson Guard" he was later given the title of Prince Protector and became a part of the Royal Family as well as upon Lunas return her Fiance.
