Rorbotnik that wanted to rule the world so he created the Tails Doll but the doll chose its own path and with that it killed his creater then he started to kill more and more but sonic & his friends stopped the Tails Doll & kill him by makeind him watch the Chaotix sing & dance to the horrible songs. But they were nice to give a tomb stone him instead of burning him.
